Hi! I found your piece through ProjectComment @
As others have said, you did a surprisingly good job capturing the characters in a believable photograph look. Tracing is a good way to help get you started on seeing what simple lines can turn into, but it can also turn into a crutch. Be wary of leaning too heavily on it. Judging by some of your other artwork, this isn't necessarily your norm, which is good.
From a constructive standpoint, and only in the interest of continual improvement, I have a few small details to note. The first has to do with some of your line work. As a whole you have nice smooth lines, but there are a few spots where lines overlap where they shouldn't and tiny details like this may seem insignificant, but they can really disrupt the dimension of the image and distract the viewer away from the important parts of the picture. One such area is Bart's hand where the lamp is supposed to be behind. One of the lines of the lamp very noticeably cuts into Bart's finger. Another is the coloring of the detail between Bart and Lisa, where a few of the coloring lines overlap Lisa's arm. Given that it looks like this was a hair/fur effect, it could be believed that this was intentional, but given the coloring of the object presenting no other helpful details, it's difficult to tell if that's a rug, and the lines are unintentional, or if it's perhaps a sofa with a shaggy blanket or something, in which case, adding more details can help clear this up.
For the most part, though, this is pretty good. You were honest about the nature of the artwork, and you maintained a rather clean piece without a lot of frills or crowding in the image. Good job!
